Llantrisant Care Home has been awarded with Premier Status by the local authority which is a great achievement within such a short time of opening. After one year operation, the home received positive feedbacks by social workers and service users, and as a result the home often has a long waiting list.
Llantrisant Care Home will offer high quality expert nursing and residential care home facilities for the elderly. In line with the Rhondda Cynon Taff local health authority we will be in the Independent Sector Bed Vacancy System to ensure good service delivery. Our service focus will be to use high-technology systems to meet the needs of service users and to develop new and better ways to provide the best service and quality available at the most affordable price.
Abraham Nursing Homes Ltd T/A Llantrisant Care Home was incorporated in January 2003, the main vision behind this company has always been having the ability to explore the opportunity to help the old and elderly live in a comfortable and safe environment.
Our mission includes the provision of the highest quality nursing care and treatment to meet individual needs of the residents in a domestic and comfortable environment. In essence to provide a place for care services, to be called home by all residents.
It is our intention to be wholly committed to maintain the interests, welfare and well being of all residents and members of staff through efficient organisation and management.
It is our pledge to provide individual care and treatment based on special individual needs.
We will also involve residents and careers in care programmes to encourage participation and belonging.
Since we believe, in quality and excellence we will strive to maintain high standards of care and practice, using a fully integrated holistic approach to operations and management.
Notwithstanding all of these, we will promote and encourage independence and preserve the privacy and dignity of our residents.
